Handy Kenlin group says defendants conspired to take confidential information

CHICAGO — A manufacturing supply company is suing Thomas Hunter, Luis Saucedo, Maryellen Hunter, Marisa Hunter, Gorini USA and Emomo N.A., alleging breach of contract and breach of duty.

Handy Button Machine Co., which does business as The Handy Kenlin Group and Handy Living, filed a complaint on June 6 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging  they took plaintiff's confidential information for their own benefit.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege the defendant conspired to misappropriate plaintiff's confidential information.

The plaintiffs seek injunction against the defendant, the return of all confidential information to the plaintiff, monetary damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Peter F. Donati, Jason B. Hirsh and Jamie L. Burns of Levenfeld Pearlstein LLC in Chicago.
