CHICAGO — A relative is suing Cedar Pointe Rehab & Nursing Center LLC; City View Multicare Center LLC; Premier Healthcare & Financial Services Inc. a/k/a Icare Financial Services Inc.; Icare Consulting Services LLC; Infinity Healthcare Management of Illinois LLC; and Zelma Daniels, alleging negligence.
