CHICAGO — A relative of a deceased woman is suing Symphony of Chicago West; Nucare Financial Services Corp.; and Maestro Consulting Services LLC, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.

Mary Syas, as independent administrator of the estate of Lillie Syas, filed a complaint on June 6 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging they failed to provide proper care to Lillie Syas.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Syas fractured her femur in a fall. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to provide adequate supervision and assistance to Lillie Syas to address her risk of falling.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Michael F. Bonamarte and Nadia Adam Ahmed of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
