CHICAGO — A patient is suing the Liberman Center for Health and Rehabilitation, a nursing facility, for alleged taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries and negligence.
Helen Lane filed a complaint on June 7 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she suffered a fall while being moved from her bed to a wheelchair. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly dropping her, resulting in injuries to her left leg and hip
