CHICAGO — A former patient is suing Karen Johnson M.D., a physician, for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries and negligence.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Zane D. Smith & Associates Ltd. in Chicago.
