CHICAGO — A woman is suing Robbins Supportive Living LLC, a nursing facility, alleging negligence for failing to prevent inappropriate sexual contact.
An unnamed woman filed a complaint on June 13 in Cook County Circuit Court against Robbins Supportive Living alleging that the nursing facility failed to protect her from inappropriate sexual contact from another resident.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Paul D. Richter and Caitlin J. Finnegan of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
