CHICAGO — A landlord is suing Comprehensive Pain and Rehabilitation Center P.C. for allegedly defaulting on their lease contract.
7300 ACQ LLC filed a complaint on June 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant failed to pay rent to the plaintiff after vacating the premises in November.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it suffered financial damages when the defendant allegedly vacated the property in question before the lease is scheduled to end March 31, 2019.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $180,009 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Boris D. Maslovsky in Northbrook.
