CHICAGO — A New Jersey investor is suing Asher Ventures LLC, Sam Harmelech, Shai Harmelech, also known as Ishaihu Harmelch and Yeshay Ahu Harmelech, and Cal Systems Inc., citing alleged stock fraud.
W. James MacNaughton filed a complaint on May 29 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against the defendants, alleging they concealed the transfer of stock.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendants defrauded him by secretly transferring stocks.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks punitive damages, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is representing himself.
