CHICAGO — A construction company is suing Broadway Electric Inc. and Western Surety Company for alleged breach of contract.
Madison Coating Company Inc. filed a complaint on June 16 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging the defendants failed to pay the plaintiff for its services, including repairs made to the McCook Reservoir Distribution Tunnel.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $115,336, plus interest and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by John P. Cooney of Cooney Corso & Moynihan LLC in Downers Grove.
