CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Warren Barr Gold Coast and Warren Barr Living & Rehab Center LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries and negligence.
Gail Gray, independent administrator of the estate of Olivia Gray, filed a complaint on June 29 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to provide Olivia Gray with proper care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Olivia Gray experienced pain after she fell and landed on her buttock, fracturing a bone in her thigh. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide adequate supervision to Olivia Gray in order to address her risk of falling.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $50,000. He is represented by Molly L. Condon of Hurley McKenna & Mertz P.C. in Chicago.
