CHICAGO — A man is suing Symphony of Lincoln Park, a nursing facility, for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries and negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he experienced pain from being struck in the eye by the defendant's employee, reportedly causing vision loss. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise him and for allegedly allowing an employee to physically assault him.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Matthew K. Henry of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
