Manorcare Health Services-South Holland, nurses allegedly failed to keep man from falling out of wheelchair

CHICAGO — A man is suing Manorcare Health Services-South Holland and several nurses for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries and negligence.

Oscar Robinson filed a complaint on July 5 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to provide him with proper care.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he fell out of his wheelchair and injured his head. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise him to address his risk of falling.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that will adequately compensate the plaintiff for his damages. He is represented by Jacqueline Kanter of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
