CHICAGO — A business is suing Belmont Army Surplus Chicago Inc. and Steve Choi for alleged breach of contract.
Canada Goose-US Inc. filed a complaint on July 7 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to pay the plaintiff for merchandise they allegedly received.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for $40,254, plus $162 per month and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Abrams & Abrams P.C. in Chicago.
