CHICAGO — A woman is suing Bella Terra Morton Grove and Bertog Landscape Company for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent her from falling.

Nancy Boppre filed a complaint on July 18 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained serious physical injuries from slipping and falling. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to remove the ice and snow from the sidewalks and parking lot of their property.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the minimum jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Michelle M. Kohut of Corboy & Demetrio P.C. in Chicago.
