CHICAGO — A Cook County man is suing several people and companies for alleged fraud.

The defendants include 221 Partners Fund LP, Raymond Siegel, Mathew and Karen Kaplan, Lee E. Tenzer, Robert Moyer, Anita Nagler, Kevin F. Flynn, Robert J. Roschman, Joel Smith, Jerald Trannel, RJS Associates Ltd., Lileliange Capital LLC, Namtor-BVC Limited Partnership, POG Investments LLC, Garondah Partners, Edelman and Partners Inc., the Law Office of Robert R. Tepper.

Daniel Foreman filed a complaint on July 14 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants made fraudulent fund transfers, denying him funds that were due to him. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly transferring the funds to other entities to delay, hinder or defraud him.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $20,000 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by David L. Miller and Michael J. Hornback of Rock Fusco & Connelly LLC in Chicago.
