CHICAGO — A man is suing Bridgeway Senior Living and Lexington Health Care Center of Bloomingdale for alleged negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent him from developing pressure ulcers.
Jack Hartman filed a complaint on July 19 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to prevent the worsening of his pressure ulcers.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by David M. Resis of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
