CHICAGO — A mother is suing doctor Natalie Domek and Podiatry Plus P.C. for alleged negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries to her daughter.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to diagnose her daughter's condition before performing a Winograd procedure on her.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Kevin P. Durkin and Tracy A. Brammeier of Clifford Law Offices P.C. in Chicago.
