Villa at Windsor Park allegedly failed to prevent employee from abusing patient

CHICAGO — A woman is suing the Villa at Windsor Park for allegedly taking insufficient to prevent sexual abuse.

Jane Doe filed a complaint on July 31 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the nursing facility failed to protect her from an employee.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she sustained physical and emotional damages from being sexually abused by that employee after the operators of the nursing home allegedly failed to adequately supervise her to prevent the abuse.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Jonathan W. Young of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
