CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Four Fountains Convalescent Center, Bridgemark Healthcare LLC, NW Rehab LLC and a nurse for alleged negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Stephanie Jackson, independent administrator of the estate of Billy Gene Redd, filed a complaint on July 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to adequately supervise Redd to prevent the development of pressure sores.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Jaime A. Koziol and Megan M. Shore of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
