Concrete Cowboy, bar patron accused of assault and battery

CHICAGO — A security guard is suing a male patron and Hop House LLC, which does business as Concrete Cowboy, for alleged assault and battery.

Zoa Stigler filed a complaint on Aug. 3 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging tthe patron threw water in her face and hit her in the face with his fist on May 14.

The plaintiff also holds Concrete Cowboy responsible for allegedly serving the patron alcoholic beverages before the altercation.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount not to exceed that statutory limit provided. She is represented by Scott H. Rudin of Miroballi, Durkin & Rudin LLC in Chicago.
