CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. Paul Arquilla and Aqruilla Eyecare P.C. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to diagnose and treat his glaucoma.
Larry Garth filed a complaint on Aug. 4 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained serious physical injuries to his eye.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Bradley Z. Schulman of Motherway & Napleton, LLP in Chicago.
