CHICAGO — A couple is suing Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Chicago Cardiology Institute S.C., Chicago Vascular Clinic Limited and Dr. Parag M. Doshi for allegedly causing a coronary, and then allegedly failing to timely detect and treat the perforation.
Rajan and Donna Raj filed a complaint on Aug. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to provide Rajan Raj with proper medical care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege the defendants caused the coronary perforation while performing post-operative care on Raj.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants for all medical expenses and court costs. They are represented by Charles L. Cannon of Mahoney, Crowe Goldrick & Cannon P.C. in Chicago.
