Store Master Funding VI LLC accuses several individuals of owing $3.3M in lease payments

CHICAGO — A business is suing Wojciech Kocemba, Eric Nordness, Matthew J. Mering and Robert Mosky for alleged breach of contract.

Store Master Funding VI LLC filed a complaint on July 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging that the defendants failed to make lease payments worth more than $3.35 million.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages from not being paid. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly breaching their agreement by failing to pay their lease.

The plaintiff seeks the unpaid rent plus interest and fees and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Kimberly M. Hare of Kutak Rock LLP in Chicago.
