CHICAGO — A woman is suing Dr. Ye Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Clinic, Western Illinois Medical Group Ltd. and Maves Medical Ltd. for alleged negligence.
Charlotte Czerny filed a complaint on Aug. 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained serious physical injuries from an improperly performed bilateral breast lift surgery.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Kurt D. Lloyd of Lloyd Law Group Ltd. in Chicago.
