CHICAGO — A woman is suing Aperion Care Dolton, Aperiod Care Inc., Aperion Consulting LLC and two nurses for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Elizabeth Blommer filed a complaint on Aug. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she fell and injured her hip and femur when the defendants allegedly failed to adequately supervise and assist her to prevent her from falling.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Nadia Adam Ahmed of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
