CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. Michael Feinzimer and Swedish Covenant Hospital for allegedly failing to provide him with the correct antibiotics to treat his foot infection.
Al-Murad Gillani filed a complaint on Aug. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained serious physical injuries when the defendants allegedly failed to provide him with the appropriate antibiotics to properly treat his condition.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. He is represented by Steve Swanson of Motherway & Napleton LLP in Chicago.
