CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Alden Wentworth Rehab & Health Care Center and related entities for alleged negligence.
Wonjalyn Cowen, independent administrator to collect for the estate of Richard Cowen, filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Richard Cowen developed gangrene and an infection after the defendants allegedly failed to properly treat his medical conditions.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Jason M. Kellerman of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
