CHICAGO — A woman is suing Regency Rehabilitation Center LLC and Regency Rehabilitation Center LLC for alleged negligence.
Gloria Kozlowski filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained undisclosed physical pain and severe personal injuries because the defendants allegedly failed to adequately supervise and assist her during transfers and to create an adequate resident care plan.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court and court costs. She is represented by Alan H. Bender of Goldstein, Bender & Romanoff in Chicago.
