CHICAGO — A woman is suing Community First Medical Center and Dr. Athanasios Diniotis for alleged negligence.
Nancy Padilla filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she was injured during a hernia repair surgery.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Ted C. Jennings of Coplan & Crane Ltd. in Oak Park.
