CHICAGO — A man is suing The Villa at Windsor Park Nursing & Rehab LLC and affiliated corporate entities for alleged negligence in the care of a family member.
Jack Brown, special administrator of the estate of Deborah Brown, filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Deborah Brown developed pressure ulcers because the defendants allegedly failed to adequately supervise and assist her to prevent the ulcers.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Molly L. Condon of Hurley, McKenna & Mertz P.C. in Chicago.
