CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Belhaven Nursing and Rehab Center and Tri-State Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Inc. for alleged negligence.
Danielle Daly, independent administrator to collect for the estate of Lena Duncan, filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Duncan developed pressure ulcers because the defendants allegedly failed to adequately supervise and assist Duncan to prevent her from developing pressure ulcers.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Marc S. Weissman of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
