CHICAGO — A woman is suing Enterprise Rent-A-Car for alleged negligence.
Lakrisha Broomfield filed a complaint on Sept. 1 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained injuries when she allegedly fell on the ground when a staircase broke. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly inspect the staircase to make sure it wouldn't break while being used.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court, interest and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Shea Law Group in Chicago.
