CHICAGO — A woman is suing Mcallister Nursing & Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation and Windsor Estates Nursing & Rehab for alleged negligence in the care of a relative.

Shaniece Taylor, independent administrator of the estate of Dolly Taylor, filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Dolly Taylor developed pressure ulcers after the defendants allegedly failed to adequately supervise her to prevent the ulcers.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Kristen N. Koeller of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
