CHICAGO — A woman is suing Niles Nursing & Rehabilitation Center LLC for alleged liability and negligence.
Gi Sook Yu filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the nursing facility failed to keep its premises reasonably safe, causing her to sustain serious physical injuries when she allegedly tripped and fell in a walkway. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to warn her about the walkway's uneven concrete flooring.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 and court costs. She is represented by the Law Office of Samuel S. Bae in Des Plaines.
