CHICAGO — A woman is suing Dr. Ryan Trombly, Dr. Hamad I. Farhat, Advocate Christ Medical Center, and Advocate Medical Group for alleged negligence.
Georgia Mitchell, special administratror of the estate of Tyrone Mitchell, filed a complaint on Sept. 1 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Tyrone Mitchell sustained serious physical injuries after developing an intra cranial hemorrhage during surgery. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly asses Mitchell's condition before performing neurosurgery on him.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Randall F. Peters of Randall F. Peters & Associates in Chicago.
