CHICAGO — A man is suing Woodbridge Nursing Pavilion and an employee for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent his family member's injuries.
William Figueroa, special administrator of the estate of Monserrate Figueroa, filed a complaint on Sept. 1 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Monserrate Figueroa experienced pain caused by suffering a fall. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise Figueroa to prevent her from falling.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Shea Law Group in Chicago.
