CHICAGO — A woman is suing The CP Hall Company for alleged liability and negligence, causing her relative's injuries.
Donna Marzullo, special administrator of the estate of Donald Fulton, filed a complaint on Sept. 6 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Donald Fulton developed mesothelioma from allegedly being exposed to products containing asbestos.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court plus court costs. She is represented by Kathy Byrne of Cooney and Conway in Chicago.
