CHICAGO — A woman is suing Generations at Regency and Regency Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Emiliana Leong, plenary guardian of the estate and person of Ana On, filed a complaint on Sept. 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging On experienced pain from pressure ulcers. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist On to prevent her from developing pressure ulcers.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Kelly A. Sabo of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
