CHICAGO — A company is suing Holly Dean, a former employee, for alleged breach of contract.
Phonak LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging the former employee misappropriated its trade secrets, allegedly accessing and downloading confidential information to a portable storage device.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages, restitution, court costs, compensatory damages, a permanent injunction and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Michael J. Gray, Elizabeth McRee and Anne D. Harris of Jones Day in Chicago.
