CHICAGO — A business is suing Arthur Joseph Lipton and Secured Worldwide LLC for alleged breach of contract and patent infringement.
Gemshares LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging the defendants sold products that infringed upon its patents.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, treble damages, court costs, an injunction against the defendant, damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Mitchell S. Chaban and Robert G. Cooper of Levin Ginsburg in Chicago.
