CHICAGO — A man is suing Essex Electro Engineers LLC for alleged discrimination and wrongful termination.
Brian J. Huber filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging he was discriminated against and terminated from his job because he is partially blind.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks injunctive relief, reinstatement, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by attorney Michael T. Smith in Schaumburg.
