CHICAGO — A man is suing Life Insurance Company of North America for alleged breach of contract.
Prell Madlock filed a complaint Sept. 1 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging the insurance company refused to pay him disability benefits.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he stopped working after suffering spinal injuries. The plaintiff claims he applied for disability benefits, but the defendant allegedly denied his request. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly refusing to pay his disability benefits despite allegedly qualifying for them.
The plaintiff seeks benefits due to him, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Roger S. Hutchison of Hutchison Law in Tinley Park.
