CHICAGO — A woman is suing Laboratory Corporation of America for alleged liability and negligence.
Crystal Ingram filed a complaint on Sept. 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she developed cancer that went undetected because the defendants allegedly failed to properly analyze her Pap test and provide the necessary treatment.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $30,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Nicholas V. Loizzi of Loizzi Law Offices LLC in Chicago.
