CHICAGO — A couple is suing Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology S.C. and Dr. Rachel Neems Pritzker for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Graham and Georgia Masell filed a complaint on Sept. 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Graham Masell sustained serious physical injuries when defendants allegedly did not recognize a lesion on his back was cancerous.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus interest and court costs. They are represented by Edward S. Rueda of ESR Law Group LLC in Chicago.
