CHICAGO — A woman is suing Loyola Medicine, Loyola University Medical Center and doctors Nicole Sprawka, Mary Lynn and Paula White for alleged negligence.
Melissa Meyer filed a complaint on Sept. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she developed a post-operative infection after the defendants allegedly failed to perform blood tests prior to discharging her from their care.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Edward G. Proctor Jr. of Munday & Nathan in Chicago.
