CHICAGO — A woman is suing Charles Price and Hope Chapel Oak Lawn Foursquare Church for alleged negligence and sexual assault.
The plaintiff filed a complaint on Sept. 13 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the church did not protect her from being sexually assaulted by ministry employee Price.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Robert J. Bingle of Corboy & Demetrio P.C. in Chicago.
