CHICAGO — A man is suing Center Home for Hispanic Elderly LLC, Atied Associates LLC, Premier Healthcare & Financial Services Inc., Icare Consulting Services LLC, and three of their employees for alleged negligence.
Segundo Pineda, independent administrator of the estate of Olga Ovalle, filed a complaint on Sept. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Ovalle experienced pain after suffering a fall. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist Ovalle to address her risk of falling.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. He is represented by Michael Silverman of Horwitz, Horwitz and Associates Ltd. in Chicago.
