CHICAGO — Wells Fargo is suing Auto Trans Group Inc., Violet Mihaylova and Agatanor Trucking Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
Wells Fargo Equipment Finance Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 11 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging that the defendants failed to repay a loan.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants to assemble and surrender the collateral to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is represented by Thomas V. Askounis, D. Alexander Darcy, and Allison Kahrnoff of Askounis & Darcy PC in Chicago.
