CHICAGO — An individual is suing Cara Lewis Group, the Anschutz Corporation, Anschutz Entertainment Group Inc., AEG Presents LLC and related entities for alleged liability and negligence.
Cori Saulsberry filed a complaint on Sept. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she tripped and fell on Sept. 24, 2016, on a chain that had been left on the floor. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to secure the chain to the wall of the tunnel to make sure that patrons would not trip over it.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 for damages plus court costs. She is represented by Michael A. Moore of Sandman, Levy and Petrich LLC in Chicago.
