CHICAGO — A woman is suing Aperion Care Dolton and affiliated entities for alleged negligence.

Ruthie Jones filed a complaint on Sept. 25 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to provide her with proper care while she was staying at their facility.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she developed pressure ulcers because the defendants allegedly failed to adequately supervise and assist her to prevent the ulcers.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Kelly A. Sabo and David M. Resis of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
